Quote request

Every job on this site starts with the same fourteen fields.

Buying a pallet of reconditioned totes, clearing a yard full of empties, washing your own fleet, recertifying expired plates, or hauling containers across four states — it all comes through one form and reaches the same specialists. Fill in what you know and leave the rest to us.

What happens on our side.

  1. 01

It lands in the yard inbox

Not a call centre. The same people who grade containers and load trucks read it, usually within a couple of hours during yard hours.

  2. 02

    We check inventory and lanes

Live stock by grade and size, plus whether your postal code sits on an existing lane or needs a dedicated truck. This is where most of the price comes from.

  3. 03

    You get a written quote

Per-unit pricing by grade, freight quoted delivered, lead time and any alternatives we think are better value than what you asked for.

Details that turn a range into a price

  • Prior contents, or intended contents — the single biggest factor
  • A rough count rather than an exact one; we reconcile later
  • Postal code for the delivery or collection point
  • Whether there is a forklift and a dock on site
  • Any date you have to hit, and whether it is hard or soft
  • Photographs — of the pile, a plate, or a fitting you cannot identify
Questions

Quoting, answered

01How long is a quote valid?
Seven days as a rule. Used-container inventory turns constantly and freight rates move, so beyond a week we would rather re-quote than honour a number that has stopped being true.
02Do I have to know exactly what I need?
No. Leave the product type broad, describe the situation in the message, and a specialist will scope it. Roughly half of the enquiries we receive get quoted for something different from what was originally asked for — usually cheaper.
03Will I get a price or a phone call?
A price, by email. There is no phone number and no call-back script. If a conversation would genuinely help we will propose a time in writing first.
04Can I get quotes for buying and selling at once?
Yes, and it is common — plants often want to clear one grade of container while buying another. Mention both in the message and we will net them in one reply.

05Why do you ask for a phone number if you do not call?
Freight carriers and drivers need one to arrange a delivery or a collection. We do not use it for sales contact and we do not pass it to anybody except the carrier handling your load.
06What if my quantity is very small?
Ask anyway. Small counts frequently ride an existing lane rather than needing a dedicated truck, and collection from the yard has no real minimum at all.
