One yard, one inbox, and an answer by tomorrow morning.

Everything reaches the same place: the form below, our email address, or a walk-in during yard hours. We do not run a phone line, and that is deliberate — counts, prior contents, grades and freight terms belong in writing where both of us can check them later.

What to include in your first message.

Enquiries with these four things attached are usually quoted the same day. Without them we have to write back and ask.

Count

How many containers, roughly. We reconcile on collection or delivery and price against the real number.

Prior contents

What was in them, or what will be. This single fact determines grade, wash cycle and price more than anything else.

Postal code

Freight is the biggest variable on small orders. A ZIP code turns a range into a price.

Timing

When you need them, or when they need to be gone. We will tell you honestly if a date is not achievable.

Questions

Getting in touch, answered.

01Why is there no phone number?
Because containers are quoted on counts, prior contents, grades and photographs, and none of that survives a phone call intact. Everything runs through email and the forms on this site, which means your quote, your grades and your freight terms all exist in writing. It has made us faster, not slower.
02How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day, often the same morning for enquiries that arrive before noon Eastern. Enquiries sent on Friday afternoon are typically answered Monday.
03Can I visit the yard?
Yes, by appointment. Send a preferred day through the form and we will confirm a slot and send site-access instructions.
04Can I collect an order in person?
Yes, and it is the cheapest way to take delivery if you are within driving distance. Book a slot during yard hours and bring straps.
05Where do I send a purchase order?
To the same address as everything else. Attach it to a reply on your quote thread so the PO stays with the pricing it relates to.
Routing

Who handles what, and what to include.

06What should I include in a first message?

07Can we arrange a call if we prefer?
Say so in the message and we will propose a time in writing. What we do not run is an open line, because the details that matter belong in writing.
