What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, city, state, postal code, the quantity, product type, service and grade you selected, any message you wrote, and the page address the form was sent from. We also record the date and time of the submission.

We ask for a phone number because freight carriers and drivers frequently need one to arrange a delivery or collection. We do not operate an outbound call centre and we will not cold-call you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange freight, fulfil an order and keep the records a transaction requires. That is the entire purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your details with data purchased elsewhere.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers who process it on our behalf — our lead-capture platform, our email provider and our website host. Where a freight carrier needs contact details to complete a delivery, we pass only what the delivery requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, for any purpose, ever.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers or cross-site profiling scripts. There is no tracking pixel on this page. Any cookies set are strictly functional and necessary for the site to operate.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as is useful for the commercial relationship and for as long as any applicable record-keeping obligation requires. Transaction records — purchases, wash certificates, test records and diversion statements — are retained longer because customers and auditors ask for them years later.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ibcrecyclingservices.com and we will act on it. If deletion would conflict with a record-keeping obligation on a completed transaction we will tell you which records we must keep and why.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed server-side. API credentials are never exposed to your browser. We limit internal access to the people who need it to do the work.

Children

This is an industrial packaging website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date shown on it. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Questions we get about this

01Do you use advertising cookies?
No. There is no advertising tracker, no retargeting pixel and no cross-site profiling script on this site. Any cookies set are strictly functional.
02Why do you ask for a phone number if you never call?
Freight carriers and drivers need one to arrange a delivery or collection. We do not use it for sales contact and we do not pass it to anybody except the carrier handling your load.
03How long do you keep my details?
Enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship and any record-keeping obligation require. Transaction records — purchases, wash certificates, test records and diversion statements — are kept longer, because customers and auditors ask for them years later.
04Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes. Write to us and we will act on it. If deletion would conflict with a record-keeping obligation on a completed transaction, we will tell you which records we must keep and why.
05Do you sell data?
Never. Not to anybody, for any purpose.
